Changes from 4.2.0.0 to 4.3.0.0

1. now remembers ROI between sessions.  So now you can set a region to reduce video recording size and the same size easily used next session.

2. Added extra set grab size function to settings menu.  Now you can reduce the field of view if required, e.g. to match another device or reduce filesize especially for the high resolution device.

3. Now image sequence settings dialog can be opened without having to start a recording first.

4. Fix bug. Magnification wasn't updated for the "recorded video" window if it was open when the resolution or magnification is changed for the "live/frozen video" window

5. Change update to the default magnification lable from "binning" to "binning on/off" when changing resolution.
